Is there to make a section/passge combine?

Ex: (for a quiz)

I think rather than having 3 combined sections, it would just be easier to have 3 links pointing to the same section.
Something like this:

Responses: [[10 Million]](wronganswer), [[20 Million]](wronganswer), [[50 Million]](wronganswer), [[100 Million]]

[[wronganswer]]:
Incorrect

[[100 Million]]:
Correct
