I tried simple HTML but it doesn't work. Is there any way to add images with one of the choices?

Are you editing online, or did you install Squiffy to your machine?

When installed, the Squiffy editor runs games strangely. The root directory is not the same as your game. Try creating the game, and see if the images are displayed when playing the output.
