If we have a tag that says that the story is NSFW is it okay to publish? If not can I make them but still share it without publishing it?

There is a whole "adult" category for that stuff (though no link to it like other categories as far as I can tell), so yes. I am not sure exactly what the rules are, but I think no kids or animals; most other stuff seems to get through - and there is some really weird stuff on there.
