Hello! I have been trying to recover my old textadventures account using the Forgot Password page. After filling out the email address and submitting, I get the following message:

"Sorry, something went wrong
An error occurred while processing your request.

This has been logged, but it would be really helpful if you could let us know a bit more information about what you were doing - please contact us and we'll do our best to fix things."

I am also getting the same error message when I try filling out the contact form. Anyone have any idea how to proceed from here? Or if there is something I might be doing wrong? Thank you!

It usually just means the servers are having problems.
