The script needs a translator...
All you would be able to do is read the script... (the code)
But you could play on-line without downloading Quest.

Alex was working on QuestKit (quest v6.0) to do just this (via completely converting quest over to JS, as JS allows a browser to run it, both offline and online), but he moved on before he was able to finish it. So, it's dead right now, unless someone with the know-how can finish it for him/us.
