I wanted to translate the games, but I dont know how I can get the English.aslx file from a downloaded game, can you help me guys?

First you should ask the game author for the permission to translate his game into another language. If he agrees ask him to send you the source aslx-file of his game. Then you can exchange the language file and start to translate the text in the game file.

Hello Quest is under a MIT Licence which mean you are free to change source code https://github.com/textadventures/quest and as for translations see http://docs.textadventures.co.uk/quest/guides/translating_quest.html these sites will provide you more info.
