Wearables to Trigger Scripts

The one page in the tutorials devoted to wearables says only one thing about triggering scripts when the player wears or removes clothing, and that is that it can be done. Can anyone tell me exactly how? I want to lock and unlock specific exits according to whether the clothing is on or not, or conversely, unlock them when the wearable is removed "Remove" or worn "Wear". The verbs seem to be un-editable and only allow for a text message.
Still, it does say: "Scripts
You can also set scripts to trigger when an item is put on or when it is taken off."
However, there is nothing more underneath that.

I see. I've found it. Finally. I was looking at something that said go to the features tab of the "game object" I thought they meant the object I was working on within my game.
