Should there be a call to JS.scrollToEnd() in the OutputTextNoBr() script?

I'm looking at a pull request to add JS.scrollToEnd() at the end of the OutputTextNoBr() script.

It kinda seems like a good idea; it sorta sounds like a bad idea; but mostly it seems like it would usually not have any noticeable effect.

Comments or suggestions?
