I dont know how to use an item(such as a sword) on another item in game. I can only use it by itself. plz halp

If you set the object to use, it creates another tab with options for using it with other items.

Nor do I I'm afraid. I never get that complex with objects. My objects only ever serve one purpose so I've never needed all the use with other objects scripts.

You should have a 'use/useon' verb button and hyperlink-dropdown box during game play for the self (using Object), target (used upon Object), or both self and target, Object/s, if you set it all up right. You should also be able type type in 'use/useon' in the command/text box during game play
