I don't know if the feature got moved or something but for the love of God I don't know how to turn on the feature in order to have a static pictures for your rooms!

Which version of Quest are you using? 5.7.2, 5.8beta, or the web editor?

The point to activate the picture frame can now be found under game / Interface
