Hi, I'm going to assume this is a typing error, but it is a little confusing.

Note on the new 'ClockLib' Library.

As of version 3.1
This is now useable with NpcLib 1.6 (but not 1.5 - check which you have)

This is now useable with ClockLib 3.1 (but not 3.0 - check which you have)

Just thought I'd mention it.
