No, there is not.

Pigbeetle's link is for QuestJS, which already is an HTML page (plus library files).

You could consider converting to QuestJS, and there is software that will help with that, but you will still need to do some stuff yourself, which would refer knowing at least some QuestJS.

I’m guessing there’s no way to use Quest on Chromebook.
