Please I want to ask if I can upload my text based adventure game to playstore or any other game stores.

But I am not sure whether a quest game is considered an android game, so if it does not work, I am guessing you need to change your game into an android game, which I found.

But generally, I do not use a phone so I do not know if Sketchware still exists or not, or perhaps you can just search for another apk converter. Or, who knows, perhaps quest file is an android file?
