Quests will randomly freeze for a few minutes while I'm playing. I am still able to type and press things but when I do nothing happens, they just sit there.
Note that my internet isn't broken when this happens.

You need to be more specific. Is this online or download version? Is it when testing your own game? Is it one game in particular or just Quest games generally?

I get this problem sometimes, it's the connection to the server, nothing to do with the mechanics of Quest, but a good idea to encourage your players to log-in so they can save their progress
