I click on 'Create New Quest Game'. Then I fill out the name of the game ect. Then I click 'create', and it responds with 'Sorry an error occurred whilst processing you request'

You are using the onlineeditor? Which game type and language do you choose?

Yep online editor. Game type: text adventure. Language: English.

Have you made sure the page's address starts with https:// rather than http://? That's the most common reason for not being able to create a new game.
