Game won't load up anymore

I recently had to wipe my computer and reinstall quest and now Im getting this error whenever I try to load my game.

Failed to load game due to the following errors:
Invalid XML: Root element is missing

Kind of hoping there's a way to salvage it.

EDIT: found a debug file in the same folder that says:
[0228/001357:ERROR:renderer_main.cc(207)] Running without renderer sandbox
[0228/001421:WARNING:message_in_transit_queue.cc(18)] Destroying nonempty message queue

Try opening up a different game and see if that works...
then, if it does load, open up both games in notepad and compare key lines...
Look for lines like this that should be in both files:

<!--Saved by Quest 5.7.6606.27193-->
<asl version="550">
  <include ref="English.aslx" />
  <include ref="Core.aslx" />

and ending with:
</asl>

I noticed that on a different reply and tried to check it, only to find it completely blank. Other games load fine.

Tried making a duplicate of the file and tossing in the above code to see what would happen.

If the file is blank, it sounds like your game got deleted, and all you have is an empty file.
