A long while ago (it seems), there was a thread that offered some map/room tracking software. Any clues?

I have an awful time hand-drawing my maps and then keeping track of where I put them last, especially after an extended break from working on my game. If someone can share that thread or similar software or suggest a method for electronically tracking rooms, that would be most appreciated.
