My timer echoes a message every few seconds. While this happens, regular page scrolling stops, and the command bar starts moving down the window until it's BELOW the window. This necessitates using the scrollbar to chase it.

I'm using a PC and the desktop-based game editor.

Has anyone else experienced this? Advice? Thanks.
