I have a key in a container and when I open the container it is there, but I cannot "take" it and for the life of me I Cannot figure out why?

Any ideas

Make sure you have the key ticked as “can be taken” on the object tab.

I keep having this same problem. I thought I figured it out but I didn't and I think it's something in the container settings.
