Is ActiveLit down? If yes, when will it comes up? My students and I (admin) are unable to open/create our games at the moment.
We receive this error message on our browser when we tried to run or load a game from ActiveLit -- "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request." We have tried multiple browsers on multiple machines on a different network.

Generally it means thr server is processing too much data. Machines can only process so mich data in a limited amount of time. When the data limit goes over, that error happens.
