I couldn't see any info on flags for objects. Can anyone help please?

e.g. I have given an object "wheelchair" a flag name called "fixed". I am doing this so that 2 separate text answers for look wheelchair will exist based on if the wheelchair has flag or does not have flag (menu options in scripts).

I can give flag a name "fixed", but there seems to be no way to allocate that flag name onto the object "wheelchair" via any script!

I found the flag ref in scripts, but is there a tutorial on how to use them?
