Quest Gamebook VS. Squiffy Gamebook

I know Quest has the ability to write gamebooks, but so does Squiffy.
I'm just curious what the differences are? I know that while they say Quest doesn't require coding, a good 90% of the community appears to do so.

Basically, if you want to write code, use Squiffy.
If you want an easy way to make a simple gamebook with a friendly GUI, use Quest in 'gamebook creation mode'.
You can also make a Quest text adventure which looks and acts just like a gamebook (which is a little more complicated (not much), but it would give you much more functionality than a normal Quest gamebook):
