Hi everybody. I'm so glad I found this place, I've been itching to play a text based game for years. I missed them so much.

I'm playing Night House and the game's sound works at first. However, when I return to a saved game, it's silent. Is there a way to toggle the sound on and off? I can't seem to figure it out.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

It's a bug! ...which I'm sure will be fixed in due course. The sound is important but as the game is relatively short you could consider just starting from the beginning each time?

...just remembered! I'm not sure how far you are in the game but going into the basement and then back out restores the background sound.
