Awesome thanks Alex for all the work for Quest, it really is a great product.

There is quite the problem.... when I installed Quest 5.6.3 and I was about to open and try the software... there came a mesage saying that Quest has stopped working...I also checked the site if there is some kind of protocol to follow that I missed but none in the Download page that says about steps or the like Sir.... So I decided to uninstall and share some info. just in case.
The laptop is a Windows 7 Ultimate and 32-bit operating system...

It would really help if you could tell us what the message said, click through to more information and give us all the details there.

Also you could try an earlier version to see if that works.
