I used the free gifmaker.me to loop it one time. It doesn't play out like I really wanted but the animation is there.

11 Jan 2016, 10:18I just figured this out accidentally (because I used a .gif I wanted to play forever). When I make .gifs in GIMP (2.8.14) I always have the option to uncheck the "loop forever" option. It always used to be that whenever I'd test it out it would still loop forever. I just now discovered that a .gif with the option unchecked will loop forever anyway if played in something like Windows Media Player, but in Quest it will only play once and stop on the last frame.
