Following this link in the spanish text adventures site (http://wiki.caad.es/Quest#Art.C3.ADculo ... pa.C3.B1ol) I got to a link where the spanish documentation should be located:

This is probably an old link, but it seems any spanish documentation that could have ever existed was there, as I couldn't find it anywhere else.

Is there any chance that may be recovered somehow?

I don't think the Spanish version of the documentation got imported. As I recall it was very out of date anyway. You might be able to find it on archive.org possibly. Sorry!

Copy at archive.org just has the main page, but for what I see, it had not even been completed. Well, I guess the guy at spanish IF forums asking for spanish documentation for Quest will have to improve his english (a door closes, another door opens).
