So if I have the following type defined:

define type <dance_type>
	reminder2_msg = These feet are made for dancing, let's get to it!
end define

Then I do:

say <$objectproperty(#my_obj#; reminder%reminder_num%_msg)$>

It will display:

"These feet are made for dancing, let"

So, for some reason the single quote is cutting off the rest of the string. This is really annoying, since single quotes work fine if I just put the string directly into a <msg>...

Any ideas how to get around this in a clean way?

It looks like Quest is treating everything after the apostrophe as a comment. This used to happen with synonyms but was fixed in Quest 3.1 - I'll put this on my list of things to fix for Quest 3.53.

I fixed the bug last night on my internal version. I was getting ready to release 3.53 but there are a couple of new QDK issues which need fixing too. These things always take far longer than I expect...

EHHHH new version soon IM SO HAPPY Im glad to hear you still find time to fix the bugs theres a few programs I have used and its been two years and not one update I love updates always something new to look at or play with or in this case less bugs
