Changing look of gamebook

05 Nov 2014, 09:00Dear all,
Probably this is a very basic question that I should have already come across somewhere (a search has not allowed me to find any threads though, but this could be down to me being useless at searching). I would like to change the look of the gamebook I am creating... it seems that many of the other games I have been looking at have much better looks than the basic plain text that is the quest default. Can anybody help to explain to me how this is done? (also, if you have any suggestions please let me know, I am creating a sci-fi type game)
Thanks in advance!

Although it involves a bit of css (and external servers too I think).

05 Nov 2014, 10:36I think the way to get this question answered is to make it specific: *what* would you like to change about the look of your game? Because what you want to change dictates the answer for that specific aspect (whether it be font, font color, background image, link color, etc). You can't answer a question like this in general (apart from what Silver offered above).

06 Nov 2014, 07:09Jay, yes, sorry for my vary vague questions. Actually, Silver answered it (I am not sure how I missed this, when it was just in front of me all the time!, but I am kind of like that sometimes...). It also explains the look and feel of some of the other games (which I prefer to the basic default, but that is just me I suppose...).
