Hi, so I've shared my game online with multiple people by sending them the link to a demo. Now some of them said they had heard music/sound, while others didn't. Is there a reason for this and how can I fix this issue?

It depends what browser they are using and what audio file you've used. For example: only IE, Chrome and Safari support mp3 and mobile devices don't support auto play because of phone bill implications.
