is there any chance to convert the game files so others without Quest can play the games?
I would really like to show my frinds the game but they don't have Quest and they will not install it ^^

.exe is not possible but you can upload your game at textadventures.co.uk, so you can play it online or you could try to create an app with this:

Your best bet would be to upload the game to textadventures.co.uk as Pertex suggested. Exe files are possible but require more work and technical knowledge, as you would need to convert the .quest file into html/js code, and then use a wrapper like node-webkit to package it as an executable.
