Is there any way to distribute your game without publishing it on the Quest site?

If someone were to download the Quest engine, (Quest.exe) then that program can run on any windows based PC.
Website not required.
But why??? We may want to see what you created as well!!!

Alex (creator of quest) moved on with life (as he's been developing quest for like 10+ years), before he had completed QuestKit, unfortunately... and quest is a myriad of different programming languages and software all working together, so it's very hard for others to get a handle on quest to improve upon it...
as Dark Lizard said:
easiest is to just tell/have people download the 'quest.exe' software, as it is the quest engine, allowing people to play their games offline
