Timer based on turn

I know that this was asked before, but I did not find a good answer.

I need a timer based on turns (not on seconds). For example, a phone begins to ring, then after ten turns something happens, then after 20 turn something else happens; and if the player answers the phone, it stops...

You would use a turnscript instead of a timer to do that.
