Menu shortcut for 'Use with'?

If I want to use two objects together then it's easy of course to type in 'use acid with shackles'.
But what if I wanted to allow the user to use the point-n-click interface to do this?
I can't just use the 'use' verb because there's more than one object that my 'active' object could interact with. So how does one implement a menu choice for what the second object in the sentence is?
