01 Dec 2003, 18:09You could code up some ASL to give certain players rights to do certain things, but they wouldn't be able to do admin stuff like disconnecting players. I suppose this would probably be a nice idea, but I think I shall leave remote administration for a later version.
Isn't the "> ...." showing you what you typed kind of important usually? It's annoying when you're speaking, yes, as I noticed last night, so I'm going to change that at least. But when you're typing real commands doesn't it help to see that your command was recieved?

01 Dec 2003, 20:34well if the command was recieved, something would happen lol
If there was an option in the Quest window that said....
Turn off command print (or whatever) [/] <-{Checkbox}, it would be cool, coz it really annoys me to see it there, EVERY command you make. I sometimes play Telnet games, and i've noticed that most of the Telnet games have this horrible feature, and it just clutters up the screen.
