23 Jun 2008, 09:29When I click the "Launch/Run/Whatever" button (the rocket ship), another QDK window opens up. Ho hum.

23 Jun 2008, 19:07Sounds like somehow QDK has associated itself with .ASL files in Explorer.
To fix this, start Quest, click Tools, Options, Other, then Restore File Associations.

This doesn't work. I did that in QDK but the same thing happens. I click Launch and another Quest Text Game Editor thing opens up. I found I can only play my games if I manualy go to the folder I saved them in a chose to "Open With > Quest"

28 Jul 2008, 19:13Well, 2 ways to go about this:
Go to directory, shift+right click ASL file, click "open with..", select the quest application and also tick the "always open with this app". Then hit OK.
Go up into "view" at the top of the folder, and go into a settings menu there.
Unfortunately I don't use windows so someone else will need to fill this one out.
