Can't not be done!

17 Oct 2006, 11:39You have to expand the multiplayer abilities to allow it to do all that single player games can, specifically play musics and sounds. Even if it means that you have to have each person download the files thomselves and put them in a specific folder, but make it so!! Quest is crying out for this, you can't not have music in your game... Please.

tune in while you're playing games without music, nothing like some James Horner, Jeremy Soule, Bill Brown, and Patrick Doyle to lighten up the mood.

17 Oct 2006, 12:30Thanks Zelimos, but I really want to have music in HavenHold, and sounds like when you attack and such, it just makes in better.

17 Oct 2006, 13:12*Stabs Alex* ARG!!! *grinds teeth* I'm sitting here barely able to breathe (I'm ill), and you sit there and say, 'yeah I'll get round to it... maybe.'
Sorry if I sound OTT, but I didn't get any sleep last night, due to constant coughing (I'm talking COUGHING!) and fear that if I fell asleep I'd asphyxiate! I was up until 1am breathing molten olbas oil and hacking my brains out, then I spent the rest ef the tight lying in bed coughing so badly that I can barely talk at the moment and didn't get i bit of sleep until 9am when it decided to calm down, at which point it was too late as I'd already called in sick...

18 Oct 2006, 09:59Yes, but if you wanted to, and I feel many people do, want to play games with sound. Ok on most traditional text-adventures sounds don't really fit in, but with HavenHold they would, and it would increase the imsersion of the game, which is really needed for a proper orpg.
