Am I allowed to put the Quest program on my website so people can download the program. I be making my games avaliable as a downloaded file only so people can play on their computers but as i know in order to play the games you need the Quest software.

Personally I would embed the link to your site that's brings directly to download, bit that's just me. Im not sure about what you're asking thou sorry.

Yes you can upload Quest to your own website. The open source licence gives you permission to copy it with no restrictions.
