Hi everyone,

I can't update my date of birth (which is necessary so I can access a particular game).

It says "Profile updated successfully." but when I refresh it's no longer there and I still can't access the game.

What's going on?

try logging out - closing your browser - then reopen it and log back in. You should then be able to get where you want.
If not, you'll have to wait for someone else to guide you.

If all else fails, PM me and I will have a go at it. It is not something I have done before, so I cannot promise even then.
