Does anyone know where to find the ToF to Publishing a Game?

You dont need any terms to self-publish.

As long as your product isnt illegal, you could sell directly through your website whatever you like.

However, if you plan to distribute through a major platform such as Steam, Google or Apple, then you might want to read their developer T&C.

They essentially boil down to; illegal stuff prohibited plus stuff we dont like or anything that mentions anything copyright unless you have legal proof of license.
