Is it possible to download the software on two different PC’s but have access to the same game I am creating?

You could map a folder on one PC so it can be accessed by another across a network, though they may need to be on the same domain and be using Windows Pro.

If using Windows 10, you could (I guess) have the game on OneCloud.

Or put the game on a USB stick.

I save to Dropbox which can be accessed from different PCs.
Or do you mean accessed simultaneously?
