I tried to change it a few times, and it showed ''you changed it succesfully'' each time, but when I tried to play something +18 to test it, it didn't work. Tell me if I don't do something right.

The mature flag is set based on whether your age is 18+ when you login. If it's changed since then you need to logout and login again so the site will notice the difference.
