I was considering uploading some of my Inform games here, and it says it will accept a blorb file, or a zip for "html".

What's the preferred way to do this? For example on VIOLET it only seems to be playable online. Is that just extrapolated from the blorb file?

Is it best to upload the browser interpreter version, or will the website host parchment or QuixE?

Yes, only upload de blorb file and the site runs parchment :)
