Isn't it a shame our statistics couldn't get passed over?

I was really enjoying my lead in the number of posts I've made, plus the 2000'th post I did before (or whichever it was). :cry:

Then again I will look foreward to my missed 1000th post! :wink:

::EDIT::
Suddenly feels so dirty for using the EDIT button, :oops: !
Alex, isn't the clock just a little slow?
8pm? I am at 9pm - or am I fast?
My whole WORLD'S upside down now!
AAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH....

The clock is indeed a little bit behind on this server - but that was a still a problem with the old forum. I did email the webhosts about it but it doesn't look like anything has been done.

A slight shame about the statistics perhaps, but you could only see them anyway by going to individual profiles. Now you can see them beside each post - a great incentive for you to post more I think! :D

Yeah, it's hardly been in sync since it was started.

GMT is Greenwich Mean Time and has nothing to do with America. It's actually fairly complicated, but if you want to be lazy you could say it's used in the UK. However, a full description can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GMT

Isn't it just to do with the fact the UK rules?
... That and it's where sailors used to set as a timing start point, the world's virtical line across the planet - crossing directly through greenwich?

*clicks link*

Yeah, sailors using greenwich considering it 'zero degrees'...

That's very true, but the exact meaning has evolved since then and it's no longer a simple term although it's usually used simplistically (It sounds like it makes little sense, but it really does.)
