I'm an avid thriller fan and I wanted to create my own thriller game using Quest.

I have a programming experience with html and css, is that related with Quest?

Do I also need to learn a programming language for Quest to be able to create a game?

I wanted to launch the game on my site - http://thriller.nu/, and I going to share it for free.

You can use both html and css in Quest. You don't need to have any coding experience to make a game, although you'll find you'll pick some up along the way as it tends to be easier the using the gui.
