I was just wondering...is there anyway that you can Firefox or IE to reload or refresh the page that you are currently on at certain intervals. I was wondering, because I spend a lot of time at the Forums Index page, waiting, and would prefer it if I didn't have to do the reloading.

I can't install them on the machine that I'm on right now, it's not mine. But as soon as my computer gets fixed I'll be downloading a whole lot of those plug-ins.
