NEW GAME question for Alex

16 Sept 2004, 20:15I understand the delays in email so I'll take this route.
I posted a new game last night but I totally forgot to add the 'Questnet Standard Library' and the 'q3ext.qlb' libraries in the .zip file. Do I need to re-upload it with those files added?
I can't remember if those 2 libraries are the ones that come with Quest when you download it.

16 Sept 2004, 21:19I sent a reply via email shortly after you posted this. It said:
Q3EXT.QLB comes with Quest anyway, so you don't need to include that. In fact, so does the QuestNet library - but I don't know why you've included this since it's a single-player game?
You don't need to re-upload the game - I'll put it on the website when I get a moment

17 Sept 2004, 01:37Hey thanks a lot.
The reason why the Questnet library was included was because this was my first game and I thought maybe by adding the library, it would add more commands. I don't know.

19 Sept 2004, 03:54I hadn't received the email you were talking about above yet. It's ok since it said the same thing. Just wondered if you had received a "returned mail" error.
Also, I may not be filtering right but I can't find my game in the download games section.

19 Sept 2004, 09:37I don't recall seeing a bounced mail, but frankly I receive so many fake ones from stupid virus filters telling me that "I" sent a virus (when actually it was a virus faking my email address - as pretty much all email viruses do these days) that I could easily have just deleted it without noticing.
I haven't uploaded the game yet, but hopefully I'll get round to it later today.
