I'd just like to remind all users of Quest once again of this extremelly useful program. Textpad will soon replace notepad on your computer, without a doubt. It is easy to use, and is easily accessable by right clicking on any text file and click the Textpad option.

Not only all that, but Textpad supports syntax highlighting for ASL! So you will be able to work with your ASL code better than ever.

Download Textpad from http://www.textpad.com and follow these steps:

just any freeware / shareware we can find on internet is better than microsoft "products" included in windows. ex : EditPad or TextPad <-> Notepad, Abiword <-> Wordpad, cdex <-> the crappy windows utility to encode into wma, winamp or deliplayer <-> media player, the calculator, the console mode etc... everything is just cheap and limited with microsoft.

but Alex wrote a support file for syntax highlighting in Textpad, which is why i recommend people use it.

And if you go to the official website there are lots more syntax highlighting files for things like VB, HTML, PHP, ASP, and heaps more, plus a lot of plug-ins. Textpad is like Firefox: it is totally cuztomizable
