The "Captain 80" was a rather famous book with a collection of text adventures including the original "Adventureland" and a collection of games by Greg Hassett. Since it was difficult to find in the net, I put a PDF into the internet archive.

P.S. Yeah, I know. The resolution of the scan is way too high. If somebody knows a simple way to resize the scans in a multipage pdf, please let me know.
