VB6 Minimizing

Whenever I minimize VB and then reopen it, only the title bar appears. What's going on?

Have you reset the computer?
Windows has many odd things happen every now and again - accept it.

What do you mean reset it? And by the way, it happens every time I do it, and I have to close VB
