I hopefully I have a job starting this Friday.
I gave in an application form Monday to Tesco's (it's a Supermarket - kinda like Walmart) and got an interview Thursday. The guy who was there interviewed me and said I probably wasn't suited for the job (c'mon - stacking shelves?) but offered me a trial 1.5 hours work thingy Sunday night. His excuse was I wasn't suited for the job because I wasn't "enthusiastic" - he can shove that enthusiasm up his ass.

Anyway, I did this trial thingy today and this other guy was there - he said "do you have a job at the moment? Because if you don't then we'd like to offer you a job." and said I have to go in for an induction this Thursday for 5 hours. Good thing is it's basically watching video's and stuff. Even better thing is I'm probably gonna get paid for it . SUCKE- .

Anyway, I'm hoping that with this job I'll be a bit more motivated and with money coming in alot more money for snacks to keep me at this PC. Possibly books and stuff to help me learn C++/C# before Christmass (although I'm gonna learn before Chrissy anyway 8) ).

Tesco sucks...

Tesco's rule - they piss all over ASDA and all that other shite.

I do find it annoying when I go in for rice though, as they have basically NO variety except their own Tesco crap.

ASDA sucks, so does Morrisons (i worked there). I was gunna get a job at tesco, but it's pooy. i might go back to McDonalds, i like it there, friendly people, nice looking girls, and it's as funny as hell sometimes

Yeah - the only thing that sucks about my job is that it's night work - and as such, not a good looking girl is sight. Fucking annoying.

.... A couple may come into the store every now and then, I see 1 or 2 when I enter/leave sometimes (clocking on or clocking out) but I never really meet them..... Damn.

lol. I've worked at 3 McDonalds. 1 near morrisons (i live in blackpool), which is crap coz it's not only small, but everybody is weird, the managers (woman!) hug you and feel you up to get favours (scary), and i've worked at one which is right on the prom, so you can imagine the amount of girls that come in dressed up to go clubbing, wearing hardly anything. And then there is my main one which i worked at which get pretty darn busy at times (plus we have drivethrough), but it's good all the same.

McDonalds blows!

Everybody knows they are one of the great evils existing today.

I refuse to eat anything but McDonalds.

1. KFC is chicken, its nothing like McDonalds
2. Pizza hut... well, self explanitary
3. Burger King...chips are horrible, bugers are over cooked, drinks are watered down, shitty service

Why not eat REAL food?

I hate everything escept home cooked food or (Mc Donalds as it just so happens) french-fries. The only thing I'll eat while I'm out is snack foods or something I've done for myself.

i love french fries. I do eat proper food. while i was working at McDonalds, obviously, i ate alot of it. but i dont go on a regular basis now.

Speaking of which, ima go get a Maccies at 11, it's only 10:12am and breakfast will still be serving atm.
